Refund Policy

Subscription refunds aur eligibility ki clear policy.

1. Service nature

Capvar Beauty AI ek digital subscription product hai. AI features paid usage ke baad real value deliver karte hain — isliye refund process specific scenarios tak limited hai.

2. Refund kab milta hai

Refund eligible considered hote hain inn cases me:

  • Duplicate payment — same plan ke liye ek se zyada baar charge
  • Wrong charge — galat amount deduct hua
  • Payment deducted but plan not activated — gateway error / network failure
  • Technical access failure — plan paid hai but service consistently unusable

3. Refund kab nahi milta

  • Plan paid karne ke baad AI features actively use kar liye ho (consultations generate ho gaye, etc.)
  • “Mind change” ya “ab use nahi karna” jaise reasons
  • Subscription ke beech me partial-month cancellation
  • Plan downgrade ke liye unused-day refund

4. Refund timeline

  • Request window: Payment ke 7 din ke andar raise karein
  • Processing time: Approval ke baad 5-10 working days me amount original payment method par credit hota hai
  • Razorpay processing time additionally apply hota hai

5. Refund kaise request karein

Email karein payments@capvarindia.com par with:

  • Account email
  • Razorpay payment ID / order ID
  • Refund reason aur supporting screenshot (agar applicable)

6. Decision authority

Final decision Capvar payments team ka hota hai aur fair-use principles par based hai. Genuine cases me hum cooperative aur fast hain.
